Refund Policy

The services provided by Onay360 are digital in nature and consist of instant SMS verification services. Therefore, refund conditions are applied within the framework outlined below.

1. General Refund Terms

Services purchased through Onay360 are offered on a prepaid basis. Users are required to load their account balance before using the service, and the balance is deducted as the service is used.

Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds are provided for completed transactions.

2. Refundable Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • If the service cannot be provided at all due to a system-wide failure
  • If the user initiates a transaction but the SMS code is not delivered by the system at all

In such cases, refunds are processed after review, if deemed appropriate.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  • If the SMS code has been successfully delivered
  • If the code is not accepted by the relevant platform
  • If the user selects an incorrect country, service, or number
  • Verification errors caused by third-party platforms
  • Failed transactions resulting from user error

4. Refund Method

In refundable cases, the refund will be processed via the original payment method, such as debit card, credit card, or the relevant payment provider. In non-refundable cases, a balance refund to the user account may be granted at the sole discretion of Onay360 as an exception.

5. Nature of the Service and Liability

Onay360 acts solely as an intermediary in the SMS verification process. SMS delivery may vary depending on operators, technical infrastructure, and the policies of third-party platforms.

Therefore, Onay360 cannot be held liable for delays, non-delivery, or rejection of SMS messages by the relevant platform.

6. Misuse and Refunds

If misuse of the services is detected, the relevant user account may be suspended or terminated. In such cases, no refund of the remaining balance may be provided.

7. Policy Changes

Onay360 reserves the right to modify this refund policy without prior notice. The updated policy shall become effective as of the date it is published on the website.
