Membership Agreement

Please read this text carefully before using this website (https://onay360.com) (hereinafter referred to as the “SITE”). Anyone who visits the SITE, registers as a member, or benefits from the services declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Membership Agreement, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.

Terms of Use

The SMS verification services offered on this SITE (hereinafter referred to as “Onay360”) are provided by Onay360. These terms may be updated periodically; updates shall become effective as of the date they are published on the SITE. The scope of the services, access criteria, and the manner of service delivery are determined by Onay360.

Definitions

Site

The website with the domain https://onay360.com.

Member

A natural person whose account is approved after completing the membership form and who purchases services.

User

Any person who visits the SITE and/or benefits from the services.

Service

A digital service that facilitates the delivery of one-time SMS verification codes.

Scope of Services

The service facilitates the delivery of one-time SMS verification codes; no physical delivery is made. The delivery of codes depends on third-party factors such as telecom operators, technical infrastructure conditions, and the practices and rules of the relevant platforms. Onay360 reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or terminate the service when deemed necessary.

Payment and Refund Terms

Payments are made in advance. In the event that the service cannot be provided at all due to a system-wide failure, a refund may be evaluated upon user request. In cases where the SMS code is not delivered due to the selected country, operator, or third-party factors, refunds are made only as Onay360 account balance; no refunds are made to bank accounts or payment cards. No refunds are issued once the code has been delivered and/or the verification process has been completed on the relevant platform. Mandatory provisions arising from applicable legislation are reserved.

General Provisions

The SITE and services may only be used for lawful purposes. Any use for spam, fraud, identity theft, misleading activities, unauthorized access, creation of fake accounts, or any purpose that violates applicable laws or the rules of relevant platforms is strictly prohibited. Links provided to third-party websites are for informational purposes only; Onay360 is not responsible for the content, security, or services of such sites. All intellectual property rights related to the SITE’s content, design, software, and all components belong to Onay360; unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or processing is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

It is not guaranteed that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Onay360 shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from operator-related delays, third-party platforms not accepting the code, user errors, system congestion, or force majeure events. The user acknowledges that all legal and criminal liability arising from the use of the SITE and services belongs to them.

Assignment of the Agreement

Onay360 may assign this agreement in whole or in part. The User or Member may not assign this agreement.

Force Majeure

In cases legally considered as force majeure, the parties’ obligations may be temporarily suspended; Onay360 shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the event of disputes, Turkish courts and enforcement offices shall have jurisdiction.

Entry into Force and Acceptance

This agreement enters into force on the date it is published on the SITE. Anyone using the SITE is deemed to have accepted the current terms.
